Ai nevoie de una sau mai multe rosii (eu am folosit una foarte mare), ceapa verde sau ceapa rosie, ulei de masline, oregano si/sau busuioc si paine feliata (franzela).
Se caleste ceapa taiata rondele in 1-2 linguri ulei de masline si apoi se adauga rosile taiate cubulete. Le mai lasam pe foc 2-3 minute, astfel incat rosile sa nu se decojeasca. Se adauga la final oregano si/sau busuioc si sare.
Painea se prajeste si pe fiecare felie se aranjeaza rosiile pregatite dupa indicatiile de mai sus.
Bruschetele sunt gata.

Un catel de usturoi taiat marunt si amestecat cu rosile ofera bruschetelor o aroma excelenta.
